NGSengine is our robust and highly intuitive software for HLA typing based on NGS data. The software tackles all the complicated aspects of HLA typing in a brilliantly accurate manner, and delivers reliable genotyping results with minimal editing, Analysis is fast and can be done on a regular laptop. With the click of one button, NGSengine performs locus assignment, read alignment, read phasing, and genotyping. The typing results are presented in a way that is clear, comprehensible, and highly intuitive. Results are displayed in the main overview, where you can also see important quality parameters and approval status of a sample.


NGSengine provides many options to review data quality, giving you the confidence to be an analysis expert. Color-coded thresholds provide quick and easy overviews of low, intermediate, and high quality data. Clear plots present detailed quality values in such a way that they are easy to interpret.

To be able to run the software your computer needs to be updated to Microsoft .NET framework 4.7.2. This is a regular Windows component which will already be present on your computer if you run the regular windows updates. Should installation of NGSengine® be aborted, please first install the Microsoft .NET framework 4.7.2. If you do not have it installed, you can download it here.
